Certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine for: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). Kelson has extensive experience acquired through treating phyiscal therapy clients, teaching "starting strength" techniques, and conditioning since 2008 as a personal trainer and physical therapy aid, which leads to a unique skill-set.
